Seriuosly though Riverghost...i never answer the door....PERIOD. I always tell friends & family to phone or text before calling, that way I'll know to expect a knock on the door. If it's a business call, (Gas, Electricity, etc.) they'll drop a card through, optherwise it's the J.W's or some other SoFoNo. I understand lordsaccarine's viewpoint though, the old folks of today are more used to freedom & don't have the modern 'Fortress' mentality we have to adopt to survive.
