I thought microwave ovens worked by oscillating certain molecules with the e/m waves.I can see using that to cool something being much more difficult than using lasers.

It's something to do with raising atoms energy states and
then there is some kind of emission when the field state collapses.

Well, there has to be some purpose for rustlers burgers.They're certainly not appropriate for eating.
