can't you just set the email accounts up on their user accounts?so that say user 1 is linked to [email protected], so that the seperate user accounts connect to the pop3 and are recieving the e-mails they ought to, instead of your account acting as a post office master.

You need to have separate mail boxes on the server and then set up each outlook account to point towards only that persons mailboxcause at the moment it sounds like you only have one mailbox which everyone's addy is pointing to
