# A browser is a browser,
an OS is an OS.

I don't get all these arguments.

I don't use Firefox for the simple reason I can't be arsed with a million different plug ins

# It only has a million different plug-ins if you install a million of them.

# Well obviously,
but the main selling point of it is something I wouldn't use.

# I wouldn't have said that was the main selling point by a long shot. Perversely though, how can you favour one browser when you've not tried some alternatives?
Anyyyyyway, it's not a big deal, nor really a deal at all. So I'm going to go and eat loads. TATATAATA.

# Since I got FF3 I keep seeing a non-printing character
which looks like a black rectangle, on the end of certain strings in the interface, like on the buttons in the options. It's sometimes mildly irritating on an aesthetic level. Though if that's the worst thing I can say about a browser then that's pretty good going really.

# i'm using firefox
apart from timing out quickly when i'm searching for something, i've had no problems with it.

# What kind of searching are you talking about?

# There are a lot of settings accesible by typing about:config in the address bar.
One of them almost certainly fixes any given problem. It's up to you to guess which one, with hilarious consequences!
Putting "timeout" in the search box at the top (called "filter") may help.

# Ah but you can install adblock on Firefox
best of all the plugins...
