# This is quite acceptable
and makes a change from the standard 'bird on a beach surrounded by stock vector brushes and filters' that work usually entails.

# You what?
What kind of sun bathing bird job do you have?

Sounds fun?

# I don't have a job
as I gave that lark up ages ago ( funnily enough I'm going to work in the morning, but I occasionally get conned by friends in the pub to do stuff for them ).

I mean your industry standard vector shite that drives me mad these days. Either a woman's head and loads of swirls ( can't you even make your own vector shapes instead of using free stock?) or a woman on the beach trying and failing to emulate Jason Brooks.

I just think that graphic design is for frauds.

# I see.
What I find funny is designers doing research.

For years I thought i was lazy because I didn't till I realised that 'Research' actually meant looking through other peoples work for ideas to steal.

Not that I can claim to have brought any thing new to the table yet.

# I think that research entails
reading advanced photoshop magazine to see what resources are on the CD this month. I do it myself. But then I do what I do for fun.

# Best 'Research' Is from japan
Theyre leagues ahead in the GFX design arena and nobodys seen their stuff over here so you get credit for pinching cool ideas.
