why is this

I always have this issue, I say someting and I have no idea what I'm saying then someone hears it and is like 'OMG!!!!' and like then they run off on fire and then come back, on fire.

for example, I have no idea what the fuck I'm typing now, I have had two pieces of celery they may be off and I might be high or I could be being propelled by the awesome might of celery.

Sorry, what was my point again?

I am thinking about making a boiled egg on toats sandwich and am not thinking straight.
