just crop it down(lose the edges not resize it)
Also the bar scene has a lot of noise, mask out the action for the the few frames - you could probably add a few more giggedy moves then! :)

Thanks for the helpBut I cropped it narrower and tried messing about with the bar and only got it down to 280k even without the bar sceen it was still just as large :(
