
-if you view the gif by dragging the local copy into your browser, it should look exactly the same as it does on t'board. (Except the first run-through on the board, while it downloads the frames)
-Your gif is transparent, so the background pixels are the colour of whatever happens to be underneath it. Dunno your software, but it's prolly an option somewhere. I guess you're wanting the scissors transparent too, in which case you need to paste it with the right background set...or something.

EDIT: PS It'd be nice if you could make the text frames stay on longer, so we have time to read 'em, please, while you're at it, thankyouverymuch
