how do you do this thing?
how do you compensate for GIFs going slower on the board?
and why does the background in flash not stick with white like it promised it would?

-if you view the gif by dragging the local copy into your browser, it should look exactly the same as it does on t'board. (Except the first run-through on the board, while it downloads the frames)

-Your gif is transparent, so the background pixels are the colour of whatever happens to be underneath it. Dunno your software, but it's prolly an option somewhere. I guess you're wanting the scissors transparent too, in which case you need to paste it with the right background set...or something.

Woo, anyway. Lovely.

EDIT: PS It'd be nice if you could make the text frames stay on longer, so we have time to read 'em, please, while you're at it, thankyouverymuch

AHA!
I finally found how to save the image without transparency, and thereby sixthed the filesize, and invented the word sixthed.

Also now speed is happy. SockCooker has saved the day! Yay for SockCooker!
