Ownership of PB's cannot be transferred.They would have to have been cashed in for anyone to get the money. If they were originally in your name they still will be, regardless of your age. Someone else could only cash in a prize if they said they were you and that is a criminal offence.
Going by what you've said you should be able to prove ownership as your DOB is registered with them as well as your address at the time of purchase.
