# Aaron Turner plays a tele, I think
it's amazing to think the sound he gets is out of one.

Putting a normal guitar on is a very strange experience, it's missing about a third of the neck.

Edit: in other news, I was listening to Xasthur and Harkonen at the weekend, and then a bit of Jimmy Rushing for good measure.

the most important thing about the guitar is the feel to play. (up to a point obv)

You can make a tele sound like a lespaul (as close as anyone cares) with eq-ing or whatever else.

I was just saying that I was agreeing with my two guitarists who had noted similar opinions to my own on the subject. (funnily enough, one of which plays a Gibson as well, the wife's got his dad's old SG from the seventies)

Sorry, I've been called a 'silly little woman' already today, it's got my back up a bit.

I have practice tonight, and then the comeback gig on Saturday. It's nice to be requested.

Yeah, my old man's still got his '73 SG II it's lush. He's well up for me playing it but i'm too worried about damaging, i already bleached out it's original cherry by leaving it in the sun.
