I think as I got olderI was allowed one of those big boxes which allowed you to plug the Amstrad into a telly and make it colour. But tellies were expensive, so I wasn't allowed to buy one for the computer.

If I recall correctly,3" disks were an absolute pain in the arse to find after a few years, and became corrupted at the drop of a hat.
