# It ticks all the boxes for me though
1) independent company
2) the guy I talked to knew his stuff and wasn't on less than minimum wage just to fulfill his visa requirements (actually he was Aussie)
3) completely original and well thought out.

The one failing they have, and I'm yst to have it confirmed, is they don't do traditional base.

EDIT: phoned them and asked. They said their bases were 'mediumish' but you still can't beat a nice traditional base.

# I haven't looked at the menu in detail
What's the base choice?

EDIT: So, they only have the one sort of base (or gluten free)?

Meh; I could live with that...

# Any pizza place that has Sliton as a topping can't be bad!!!

# I had a bad experience with Stilton soup once.
Now I can't eat hot stilton. It has the same smell as warm sick - that back-of-the-throat acidity...

Gah...
