Really?I have some overtime arrear at some point too.
We used to get paid 10p an hour more,but now we get time and half. All those 10ps will turn into hour and halves and back dated two years...KERCHING ..again

Nice.It's because of the 10p tax thing, I think anyone earning under about 30k ends up getting an extra £120 or so
