i've found that asthma pumps don't really do alot...my lungs just stop working and normally they give me antibiotics and steroids and put me on a nebuliser for 1/2 hour, personally i don't think its asthma... but apparently my doctor says it is... i've never had an "attack" or felt the need to use asthma pumps when enjoying adrenaline pumping sports, just when my lungs stop working

I'm fine playing footy/ squash, etc,mine usually flares up when I've got a cold.

normally when the weather changes...i always say "its officially winter/summer" when it happens, so... its officially winter!
