Try to keep animations below 250k.You could bring the size of this down a lot by deleting perhaps every other frame, and then reducing the quality will probably bring it down to a decent size.

i took it from 31 to 10 frames reduced the size a bitoptimised the bollocks out of it and it's still too big. i give up and am going to watch the telly instead.
