# well it was a joke, i did not realise this was
BBC.CN you "communists" and your huge banks !

Edit: there be no such thing as a reserve (well a viable one) in modern banking, if a fair few peoples wanted thier money she would fall.

# haha
well when you get chance ask him to show you the Citybank Vault containing the trillions worth

# BY saying "Literla Currency"
presumably you mean Gold and other such commodities?

I can state for the record that Citibank do have physical reserves of Gold. Massive physical reserves....

# Massive physical reserves
yes but i bet it's no where near to the 9:1 (physical:imagery) ratio it should be to actually be able to pay peoples back in a massive run.

but I don't really care too much about it so I'll shut up, capitalism is sliding into fascism as was inevitable, it's time for a redo..

# Why would they need a 9 to 1 ratio of reserves?

# from what i read....
i was the max you could lend before it got ridiculous and imaginary, like today where nothing is real and it's all "confidence", but alas i think i'd prefer the gold (shit 1:9 got here before me ... no gold! no i will not accept confidence!)
