I was working at my old uni on the IT Helpdesk......the first I knew was when everyone started whinging that 'their internets was broken' - mainly because a whole bunch of IP circuits were routed through the WTC. It was also very hard to find out what was going on because BBC news was borked from too many people trying to access it. When I finally found out what had happened I couldn't believe it. It was all just so unreal.
