well yehbut that'd still require training.
there's just a shit load of IT jobs on all the sites at the mo, but they all require knowledge of writing programs. which i have none.
there's not many jobs about which have 'uni drop out'* in their person spec
*not that i dropped out, i just wasn't invited back
