except for the fact that they didn't have the 1gb card i wanted in stock before i went to the states. didn't need it in the end though

only problem i've ever had was my own fault. registered for it when i was still a bit drunk from the night before and managed to spell my e-mail address wrong, so was unable to log in to find out where my order had disappeared to. customer service was great though and was all sorted pretty quickly
