Sorry, I didn't reply to your gaz yesterday, I was just too bloody rude, or lazy, or something.
How you send email from a web form depends on what sort of web server it is. I've written formmail for my sites but they're all ASP sites running on Windows servers.
Edit: why have I not Gaz'd this? Silly me. I have done now.
