If they don't reply just send them an email saying you're going to their rival telling them what whatever the studio names is said to you (ie what the woman said). Explain until this has been resolved to your satisfaction you consider the email to be the official view of the company not the woman as the mail came from that domain and obviously corporate emails are for business use only. If that doesn't work kick her in the front bottom!
