# i'm not sure of the make of the sound card
so i was hoping i could get a 'generic' driver - maybe i'm just being to optimistic! :D

read the report and find the bit about the audio card and see whet it reports. It may have a link to the manufacturer if it recognises the card.

Sadly there are too many platforms ( soundmax, cmedia, soundblaster etc. ) that are not similar in operation so a 'one driver fix' is unlikely.
