
Last year I had the responsibility of heading up our team at a service user party and I forgot to buy a drink for someone who had separated themselves off away from and out of sight of the rest of us, the problem was that she was African.
If that's not racism then why was I suspended for going on 7 weeks and investigated for racist conduct?

Sadly, those of us who have a little sense can see that something not being exactly as you want it, and happening to be in an ethnic minority, is not the same as being discriminated against because you are that ethnicity.
But that's not the way it's seen, people are too scared of being accused of racism so we're stuck with positive discrimination and racism against the majority instead for a while longer at least.
