AyeSadly, those of us who have a little sense can see that something not being exactly as you want it, and happening to be in an ethnic minority, is not the same as being discriminated against because you are that ethnicity.
But that's not the way it's seen, people are too scared of being accused of racism so we're stuck with positive discrimination and racism against the majority instead for a while longer at least.
