Cripes, ten hours?If I fiddle with an image for more than a couple of hours the idea just doesn't seem funny anymore [if it ever was] and ends up in the recycle bin.

they are animationsand they need to be done frame by frame really, and published in quicktime, as gifs can't really handle the frame rate reliably or the colours.
