It's a joke from the original sketch, where the social worker came to check on her baby,and after ages of Vicky avoiding the subject in her usual vocal way, she finally admitted she'd swapped it for a Westlife CD, and when the social worker was shocked replied, 'I know, they're rubbish!', but due to her accent it sounded like 'RaRbish'.
