I got home tonight, got asked to get something from the loft, and was attacked by a tin of white paint as soon as I opened the loft door

Two hours of subsequent scrubbing it off the carpet with hot water; and my hall is still fucked, an insurance claim :(

Oh well, that's how things are at my end
