2 x grilled tomatoes (with olive oil and sea salt and black pepper)
1 x lemon and honey and mustard (and mustard seeds) grilled chicken (marinated for 20mins before cooking)
1/2 an onion grilled
1 x bag of uncle bens rice (pilau or however u spell it)
mmm and a chocolate biscuit
