they always used to be
mini based coz of the seperate front and rear subframes, easier than trying to hack up these fangled new monocoque motors

yours would ahve been the last of the MK1's
67/68 was the corssover into the MK2, they had windy up windows and hidden door hinges...oh and remote gear linkage.....not the rod change that the MK3 had tho
