# Just something I was trying with

Using GIMP, I was pratting around with selective colourisation and making an image mask. First time and whatnot.

In this instance, I outlined the bloke using the lasso tool, whited him, blacked the background, inverted it, and pasted it into a layer mask. It'll just show the background, like a cut-out.

Essentially, only the top layer is blurred; the background is as it was originally, making him not as blurred.
