Well just the same as Image ReadyCreate your layers then from the Windows Menu select Animation ensure that you click the little icon at the bottom right of the Animation Palette 'Convert to Animation Frames' which takes you out of the Timeline Palette for Video. then animate as you would in ImageReady then Save for Web and Devices and optimise just like ImageReady.
