The Biscuit Crusades were a series of wafer-driven military campaigns waged by much of Crusty Europe against external and internal opponents. Crusades were fought mainly against Figs, though campaigns were also directed against pagan Bourbons, Nice, Digestives, Greek Shortbread biscuits, Mince Pies, Jaffas, Hobnobs, Old Pink Wafers and political enemies of the Rich Teas. Biscuit Crusaders took vows and were granted an indulgence for past sins, depending on the calories.
