I don't know if it's still aroundbut there used to be a number you could call to talk to an actual hu-man. There was some kind of trick to it... I think there was a number you could call if you suspected that your version of Windows wasn't genuine (seriously) and once you got through to someone there you could get yourself transferred to someone who could help you.
