first thing to do with any scanned orphoto sketch is to open the levels and bring the black and white sliders together for a whiter paper and darker lines. then if you make a path over your lines ( by mouse, pen or selection ) choose a hard round brush, give it some pressure fade and then stroke the path with it you can get a line that looks like it was hand inked.

That would workwell enough. I just like to have an element of control over my lines so it looks like I drew it. which I do, I just don't draw it in a single stroke. Tutorial I linked above explains it better than me. I'm too sober to be eloquent tonight.
