I suppose it's not that unlikely nowadays.
The most interesting fact I ever learned about folks who swap gender is that their sexuality most often stays the same but they swap sexual preference, meaning a str8 man would become a str8 woman, and equally a gay woman would become a gay man.
I still can't quite get my head around that...
