That's going to be mental fun.The only thing I know about Korean is they have about seven different ways to say everything, based on how respectful you want to be to the person you're talking to. Have fun with that :P

Honourifics?I think that's true of most of the asian languages to some degree though. I think Hangeul did have different verb endings or something though, I really honestly can't remember it was a while ago.

Chinese only has two (that I've come across so far in my 18 months of learning it)But yeah, I imagine Japanese is like that, they seem a very deferential people.

Ha! It's a ridiculous language, although as far as I can discernit has set characters unlike Chinese, which makes it much easier to learn (30 different ones methinks). I have a couple of friends teaching in China and they're loving it.

That'll be handy.I know about 1,000 Chinese characters I reckon, and I'm nowhere near able to read a newspaper or anything.
