We there about a month ago some of the lil tykes was happily telling me that I should buy some generic mic was the most robust and used mics in the world.
Not only did I make him look a complete twat in front of customers and coworkers alike. He got a fifteen minute lecture on Shure SM58's that he won't forget in a hurry.

For my needs it's great.
If I need to repair something electronical they usual have exact component I need instock. If I need audio equipment I'll go to an professional audio shop.

I'm needing a random bunch of electronic stuff, most of it won't be sourced from maplins.
I do still need to find a cheap eprom eraser, the ones I find on ebay look a bit scary
