HahahaYou're lucky. I'm only allowed to put mine out between 5pm and 6pm (so the bags have to sit indoors all day), in bags that caost £1.50 plus VAT each and they must have a label on each one stating company name, collectors, address and telephone number or I get a £1000 fine!

HahaThey will actually open the bags up and search for letter etc as proof and Threshers use a private company.
