It doesn't, you knowRock in Russian would just be 'рок' or 'РОК' in capitals.
The word 'утёс' means 'cliff' which is vaguely sort of a kind of rock - but probably not the sort you had i mind. Just putting words in a dictionary isn't a great idea...
