I did metalwork.I loved it. But of course it was called "engineering workshop theory and practise"
Father owned a ship repairers and steel fabrication business though. I think I'd have been shot if I didn't take that.

Oh, fabulous - Chemistry....I was banned from the Chemistry wing of the the school after opening a bottle of bromine in the lab...
