It's amazing how many thieves are stupidI heard a similar story last week.
A customer of mine was held up at gunpoint (!) and had everything stolen. The very next day a woman tried to use the credit card in our local shopping centre, bought something small in a shop and the card went through (probably under the floor limit). After that purchase, she said 'OK, I would like an IPod, that camera and that laptop please. Hahahaha.
The assistant was very suspicious and when she went to the back, pretending to fetch the stock, she phoned the credit card company who confirmed the card was stolen, then phoned the police who arrived 2 minutes later and arrested the stupid woman.
'African Justice' meant that after being in the police station for 5 minutes she gave the name of the armed muggers, one of whom was her brother.
