Argh! Telephone banking! Still on hold. Knew it was going to be tedious when I started the call with, 'Hi. I opened an account with you about a monthago and although I've had my PIN I haven't had my card.'
Blokey on a VoIP line from India, 'OK can you give me your 16 digit number on your visa or electron card?'
'What? The one on the card I just told you I haven't recieved?'

EDIT: I am filled with new found confidence in my new bank. After hold five minutes the guy comes back to ask me, 'Are you sure you haven't recieved it? I would have been in an envelope.'
