an interwebs memebased loosely on some kind of lovecraftian evil being such as Chtulu. a bunch of webgeeks started putting ZALGO references into popular webcomics and posting them on messageboards.
Evilscary has decided to do it well though. i personally fuckin love the spooky hatstandishness of it all...
