Edit: furthermore, I'm confused that they have any homes that are paid for by the taxpayer. Is it not enough that they are paid by the taxpayer? The taxpayer in general can afford a mortgage on their own wages, so why not MPs? I fear that I either don't understand, or it's fucking nonsensical.
