I thought I'd try it as I'm not mad for melted cheddar or mozzarellaso tend to shun pizza.
The creaminess of the brie, the sweetness of the pepperdew and the sharpness of the spring onions (I thought it was going to be chilli but it turned out to be spring onions) makes for a delicious pizza.
