I love Stewart Lee, but I'm really surprised the BBC commissioned this current seriesIt's not really like any other comedy out there. Some of it is incredibly deep satire which I imagine is lost on a lot of people. He also isn't as good cut into 30 minute segments; some of his best shows have had a joke running through them for over and hour. It was brave of them.
