Plus I only found out the salary at interview, and it was the same as I was on at the time.

At the moment I would gladly move for the same salary.
But every time I go for an interview they make silly salary offers you would expect to turn down as an intern, why would they expect an experienced person work for it?

That's why I'm on such a shitty salary here
I was absolutely desperate for work, took the job on low salary because I hadn't graduated at that point with promises for big pay rises when I graduate etc.
I've been here a couple of years now (already having 3 years industry experience), still haven't even reached the top end of the starting salary and the other programmer earns over double what I do.
