I used to have asthma pretty badlybut I don't need to take inhalers any more.
I've barely slept the last 2 weeks so I took some dihydrocodeine, slept like a baby. Unfortunately I'm quite allergic to codeine based medication and feel very ill the following day, if I take too much then I stop breathing - this one is always fun.
It was worth feeling ill for a good nights sleep though :D
