That article is appalling...They are picking on his gastropubs, not even his restaurants.
And I'm sure a 500% markup isn't that unuasual in most restaurants, as you say of Maccy D's.

YEah. 200% to about 4/500.THey don't pick on their shareholding fastfood chains do they. I happen to know for a fact that a margretta pizza at Pizza Hut sells at £8.99 and costs 7p to make and cook. That's a 12,843% fucking mark up!
