If you have a problem,you are charged for your phonecall to sort it out.If it proves to be their fault,they take the phonecall off your bill.I only have a mobile phone so fuck listening to greensleeves for half an hour and paying through the nose to be told to turn the modem off and on again.I save up all their glossy advertising bullshit they insist on sending me (despite me telling them to stop),until I have a weighty bundle,and send it back to them without a stamp.Ping speeds are all over the place.My personal webspace has been fucked up so many times I've given up maintaining it.My ntlworld email account regularly deleted my inbox,so I don't use that either.I fucking hate them,but its cable.

I'd rather haveNTL fuck up my bill every few months so I can complain and get a shitload of stuff free than pay £5 a month.
I currently get free evening and weekend calls, all my TV ( sports, no movies in the package but I have a eurovox anyway ) and 20Mb uncapped broadband for £24 a month.

I pay for a dedicated 100mbit pipe, 750mb storage server for my traffic needs because there are some things I don't expect my ISP to provide.
